Fukutsugu Yanagita
ＦＵＫＵＴＳＵＧＵ （福津久） is his name as a swordsmith.
In November of the second year of the Heisei era (1990), Fukutsugu was entrusted with the comprehensive work of polishing the ceremonial sword for the enthronement ceremony of His Majesty Emperor Akihito (the current Emperor Emeritus). The work was completed and delivered on November 5th.
